There are a few stages to registration. The initial registration gets you added to V-TIP.COM and you can immediately upload and comment on videos, pics and music on the site. In order do anything else, like make friends, blog or start a forum, you need to create a profile page. Once you have answered questions that will appear on your profile page, you can then go to the “CONVERSATIONS” tab and start a blog or a forum. See those sections for more information.
